Chippa's comment is still creeping me out.

i know what u mean not a flu or cold just dont feel strong or able to move much aye?

Does anyone work themself so much and then their muscles get really tired and next thing u know ur in bed and cant walk or anything and really tired and headaches and all that?
Like your body recovering from the work just stops and lets u feel worse
It's true that you feel stronger when you're back
I may be young but that doesn't stop me from being the next-gen of parkour
