@Macky. Tracky dacks - T shirts (loose fit clothing so as not to restrict movement)

Check out here for lots of good info-

Uh, I'm 15, I've never done a day of parkour and would like to get started.  Seems really interesting. I live close to dande but it seems that these training seshes are for pros or something? If someone could give perhaps a guiding push as to where to start? I've been reading up on pk but still don't know an exact thing to start with. Should i be practicing techniques like rolls? Thanks in advanced, and this seems like a cool community. :)

Hey man. Im 14 and ive dont parkour for almost a year.
The first thing i started with was rolling. Then i just started practicing kong vaults, and monkey vaults. Learn how to run up walls as well. Once you learn those basic things. Learn whatever you want from there on. Thats the way i did my parkour. x]

You should look these things up on Youtube for tutorials.

Hi mate, these training sessions are pretty open, as I understand it, just go along. If nothing else, you can watch and pick up a few basics.

But the most important thing is to learn some really basic techniques, and get out there and learn them. Get your roll together, (Learn it on concrete straight out, it's harder than it looks, but grass will give you crap technique!) climb small walls, and above all, DON'T go jumping off crap, until you know what you're doing, you'll just wreck your leg joints.

But talking to other traceurs for tips and training in a group is probably the best way to learn, to start with. The more you train, the better, either way.  :D

BTW, I'm 23, I've trained for a bit over 3 years, and I'm self taught. Classes are good, but not essential.
