for all you monkeys that are getting cramps from traininig.

despite what it says it would be interesting to see if you could discipline yourselves enough to try a few different things and see if they provide and difference in results

OH LOOK! a homemade recipe for gatorade

1/2 cup orange juice
9 tbs. Sugar
3/8 tsp iodized Salt
2 liters (approx) water
